Where are your facilities located?

Our properties are located throughout west Georgia, providing convenient storage options to a number of different communities.

  • 31 Waterford Drive in Villa Rica, GA 30180: Ideal for residents of Winston, Villa Rica, Temple, and Carrollton. Directly across the street from Martin’s Restaurant, one mile from exit 24 off I-20, and conveniently located off of US-78.

  • 1050 Pacific Avenue in Bremen, GA 30110: Perfect for the Buchanan, Carrollton, Bremen, and Temple communities. Mere minutes from US-78.

  • 7750 Dallas Highway in Douglasville, GA 30141: Conveniently located to serve the neighborhoods of Austell, Mabellton, Powder Springs, Douglasville, and Hiram. One mile north of the railroad tracks in downtown Douglasville heading toward Hiram, between the Douglas County fire department and the Shell station.

When are your offices open?

For your convenience, we provide office hours from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Saturday.

When can I access my unit?

Our gates provide access to tenants 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! This feature is one that many of our customers love and many of our competitors don’t provide.

You say you’re locally owned and operated. What does that mean?

Some storage companies own hundreds of facilities throughout the nation, either utilizing third-party management or hiring local managers. The problem with these organizations is that they’re often looking to make the biggest profit at any expense, often leading to poor customer service and a lack of compassion for their communities. Fortress Storage is both owned and operated by locals, so what matters most to you matters most to us. This feature makes a world of difference in your self storage experience!

Where can I buy packing and moving supplies?

We make move-in day simple for you by providing a complete range of packing supplies in our offices. We provide affordable rates and have a wide variety from which to choose!

What kind of units do you provide?

Because our customers each have unique needs, we offer several different sizes and types of units. You can break down your options into three broad categories:

  • Temperature control. Our temperature-controlled storage units protect your belongings from the elements by maintaining a consistent temperature free of humidity build-up. These spaces are usually indoors, accessible through a secure and well-lit hallway.

  • Drive-up access. For customers who are always on the go, drive-up accessibility makes all the difference. Rather than parking away from your unit and carrying your belongings, you can park your vehicle in front of your space and load/unload with ease.

  • Vehicle parking. Whether you own a car, boat, RV, or other vehicle and need a secure place to store it, we can help! Many of our parking spot renters choose us because we’re located near US-78 and provide 24-hour access.

How can I pay my bill?

While you’re always welcome to pay your bill by dropping by our office, you can also manage your account conveniently online through our online bill pay feature.
