I have been calling the emergency number every 5 minutes since 3:45am with no response. It is now 4:30am is anyone willing to reimburse this missed run? Is anyone willing to explain to the dispatcher again why they have to find another truck to meet their client's needs at 4am. Management this isn't just our paycheck at stake. We like you and want to continue doing business with you but we need to hear from you not just Ms. Charlotte, you need a backup plan - lets talk. Writing a review like this is not my style - but I need to hear from you.

Hi Belinda, we are so sorry for any inconvenience and lost business that has occurred because of this. We have sent you an email further discussing this, when you have the chance please respond to that email. Once again we are deeply sorry that this has happened and we are looking for a possible fix.
